If y'll only knew how much I wanted to go on this trip!!! My most favorite thing in the entire world to do is go on a road trip!!! It's about the journey and not the destination! (Journey would also be a good choice of music and I think one of LJ's favorite bands!) First off...I thought Big Blue's name was really "Ole Bluey" 1988 was a great year...I actually drove a cherry red LN7 with a stick shift and no AC AND I had big 80s BANGS!! Yes bangs but I did own a real cute pair of black stirrup pants that I wore with a white blouse and a big black belt...Have you all thought of dressing in 80s garb in honor of Big Blue? just a thought....Anyway since I can't be their physically, I want to somehow contribute to the trip and thought of gifting you all many CDs with my favorite 80s music....or I could provide you with a continuious loop of my favoirte 80s one hit wonder....Big Country's Big Country;) This will be one Epic Journey .....I'm forever yourrrrrrrrrssssss......Faithfully...babababa
One more thing....I'm wondering the significance of Supertramp?? Is it a new age term my oldness is not familiar with? Does it describe the women going on the trip? or I want to think the title is referring to the British Rock Band "Supertramp" who had such great hits as Dreamer: "your just a little dreamer.." amd The logical Song: "When I young it seemed that life was so wonderful..." and Give a little bit: "Give a little bit..give a little bit of your love to me......A great band really. Please claify..;0
It is from "Into the Wild" :) Read it or watch it! I could dig some of your music...just not the whole time! haha The music on your ipod during the wedding was good so I totally trust you...hehe I will miss you during this trip!!! :( So sad.
